Satsanga timings:

8:35 AM – 10:15 AM        Satsanga I for adults & Bala Vihar grades Pre-KG to 12

10:30 AM – 11:15 AM      Language classes, Bhajana & Orchestra

*Slokathon & Adult Chanting classes have been replaced with Gita Chanting classes until April 20th.

11:20 AM – 1:00 PM         Satsanga II for adults & Bala Vihar grades Pre-KG to 10

Bala Vihar Re-enrollment for 2025-26 Saturday, May 31 

Our new Bala Vihar year begins on September 7, 2025. Bala Vihar re-enrollment links for the 2025-2026 academic year have been emailed to the eligible families (must be attending regularly and have contributed their Gurudaksina pledges) on Sunday, April 13. Please verify your individual forms, and make the necessary edits to ensure that the following information is correct:

  • Grade the Bala Vihar child will be attending in September 2025
  • Session you would like to attend for the year 2025-2026
  • Enter proper selection for the extra class option – only one extra class can be selected.
  • Please check all the pre-filled information and make changes where required.

Summer Satsanga Events with Vivekji (Chinmaya Mission Niagara)

We are excited to welcome Sri Vivekji from Chinmaya Mission Niagara for a week of spiritual learning and inspiration this summer at CMH!

JCHYK Day Camp for current 8th to 12th grade students

Evening Satsanga for Adults & CHYKs

  • Dates: Monday, June 23 – Thursday, June 26
  • Time: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
  • Topic: From Confusion to Confidence — based on Sri Narada Bhakti Sutras (Verses 46–50)

CORD USA Summer Service Visit 2025 – Now Open for Student Applications!

We’re excited to announce that applications for CORD USA Summer Service Visits 2025 are now open for students! To ensure the best experience for everyone involved, please take note of the following important information:

Details of the visit:

Where: CORD Siruvani, India

Dates: July 27, 2025 (Sunday) to August 9, 2025 (Saturday)

Registration Fee:  $1500

– $250 non-refundable fee per person for application registration

– $1250 after the application is accepted.

Chaperone Selection: Student applications will open only after chaperones have been selected. Once chosen, chaperones will receive all relevant information.

Full Program Commitment: Chaperones and students must commit to attending the entire program. Partial participation is not permitted.

Individual Applications: Each student must complete their own application independently. Applications submitted by a parent or guardian will be disqualified.

Visa and OCI Requirements: Participants must meet the visa requirements set by the Government of India or hold an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card.

Accurate Contact Information: Ensure all email addresses are entered correctly during the application process. We are not responsible for errors, especially in the email addresses provided.

Self-Reliance During the Program: Students will spend two weeks in rural India, away from their families. They must be self-reliant and use their own email and cell phones for preparatory meetings and communication.

Email Acknowledgment: After submitting your application, you will receive an email acknowledgment. Further updates will be communicated via email—please check your spam folder regularly.

Recommendation Letter: As a chaperone, we require a recommendation from your Chinmaya Mission Center coordinator. As a student participant, we require a recommendation letter from your current Bala Vihar teacher. An email will be automatically sent to her/him once you apply.

Payment and Visit Details: Detailed payment and visit information can be found in the FAQ document. It is essential to download, read, and accept the terms and conditions before applying. Applications are evaluated by a National team and their decisions are final.

A.  National Junior CHYK Retreat for High School       Jul. 01 – Jul. 05

Get ready for an unforgettable spiritual adventure at Chinmaya Mangalam, our beautiful 143-acre ashram retreat center in Barry, Texas!  

The National Junior CHYK Retreat (NJCR) is designed for teens and recent high school graduates who are seeking meaningful connections, personal growth, and a deeper understanding of themselves. Through creative workshops, inspiring classes, bonding activities, and team-building challenges, participants will gain tools to navigate both high school and the transition to college with confidence and clarity. 

Highlights Include:

  • Inspiring satsangs and workshops on stress, fear, and self-growth
  • Sports, talent show, and creative team-building
  • Connection with like-minded teens from across the country

Who can Attend:   Grades 8–12 (graduating between 2025 and 2029), including 2025 graduates and incoming high school freshmen.

Retreat Dates: 4:00 PM Tuesday, July 1 to 12:00 PM Saturday, July 5, 2025 

Venue: Chinmaya Mangalam in Barry, TX

Cost:   TBA   (Room and Board included)

Transportation: We are organizing an optional carpool for our members.
