Register yourself to experience the life changing benefits of Chinmaya Mission.
- Adult and Bala Vihar classes will be held on-site from August 23, 2026 till May 23, 2027 on Sundays, in two sessions:
- Session I: 8:35 AM to 10:15 AM.
- Session II: 11:20 AM to 1:00 PM.

- Bala Vihar Registration:
- Bala Vihar registration for the 2026-2027 school year will be conducted by invitation only from the waitlist request submitted. You will be invited to register, when the space is available for your child in the grade/session requested.

- Bala Vihar Registration Process:
- A parent must register the child in Bala Vihar.
- Non-refundable registration amount is $25 per family with one or no child and max $50 for two or more children registering at the same time.
- Children must attend Bala Vihar class on the day of registration.
- Future dated registrations are not permitted.
- Registration times:
- Session I: 8:00 AM – 8:35 AM
- Session II: 10:50 AM – 11:20 AM
- Bala Vihar Policies:
- A child’s Bala Vihar grade must be the same as their 2026-2027 school grade.
- Pre-K age requirement: Child must be 4 yrs. old or older (completed 4th birthday) on or before the date of registration.
- For Bala Vihar students in Pre-K through Grade 11, one of the parents must regularly attend the adult class.
- Punctuality: A minimum of 75% overall attendance is required. Five consecutive absences without prior notice to the class teacher may result in the student being placed on inactive status. To resume classes, the student will need to re‑register.
- Dress Code: Indian Dress or Chinmaya Mission T-shirt with long pants. Shorts and sleeveless are not allowed for both adults and children.
- Electronics Device Policy: To minimize distractions and foster a focused learning environment, children are not allowed to bring electronic devices (smartwatches, earbuds, phones, etc.) into the CMH.
- Chewing gum is not allowed on the CMH premises.
Once you register and the information is entered in our system, you will receive the e-announcements from Chinmaya Mission Houston.
