3. Bala Vihar Open House – Sun. Nov. 12, 2017
On Sunday Nov. 12, 2017, during the last half an hour of the Satsanga all parents will go to their children’s classrooms for the Bala Vihar Open House.
Open House is a perfect opportunity for all parents to:
- Meet with their children’s teachers
- Get to know the curriculum for their children for the current year
- Get to know other children and their families in their children’s class
- Get involved with Bala Vihar activities as a room parent for your child’s class
Please note that there will be no Language/Bhajana/Orchestra/Slokathon classes on Nov. 12. Mark your calendars and plan to attend this Open House.
4. Study Group in Clear Lake on “Tattva Bodha”
Bri. Shweta Chaitanya is taking ‘Tattva Bodha” by Adi Shankaracharya in a study group format in Clear Lake.

5. Announcement from Contributions Team
- 2017 and 2018 pledge confirmations and statements are being emailed this week. If you have not received your confirmation by Saturday, November 4, 2017 or if there are any discrepancies, please email CMHContributions@chinmayahouston.org.
- Families who have offered their Gurudaksina pledge and have not received their Dipavali gift may collect their gift at the Contribution Desk on Sunday.
- Families who have not yet submitted their Gurudaksina pledge forms may do so at the Contribution Desk this Sunday.
