3. Bala Vihar Play & CMH Family Night Sat. Dec. 08, 2018
Play Details:
This is going to be one exciting evening for our CMH family – adults and children alike. Preparations are in full swing for the Bala Vihar play. Our children, teachers and volunteers are working hard towards presenting a spectacular show.
The play will be performed on a stage set in our courtyard, with the back drop of Sivalaya, and chairs in the courtyard for the audience.

- Bala Vihar Play: 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
- Followed by dinner served in Regional Food Booths
Regional Food Booths:
We are going to have at least 6 to 8 Regional Food booths – all formed by our very own members. Variety will be the spice of the evening. We will have in-class announcement this Sunday, inviting interested members to come forth and form these Regional Food teams. It is time to have our hidden chefs display their culinary skills. This will be a fun filled bonding time for our members.
Tickets:
Adults: $ 10/- each
Children: $5/- each
3 coupons will be provided against each ticket and this will allow a visit to 3 food stalls.
Ticket sales have already started. Tickets will be sold for just two more Sundays, Nov. 18 & Dec. 02. You can buy your tickets before and after the sessions in the Dining area. Please note that this event is for members only.
4. Announcement from Contributions Team
- 2018 and 2019 pledge confirmations and statements have been emailed on November 13. If you have not received your confirmation or if there are any discrepancies, please email CMHContributions@chinmayahouston.org.
- Families who have offered their Gurudaksina pledge and have not received their Dipavali gift may collect their gift at the Contribution Desk on Sunday.
- Families who have not yet offered their annual Gurudaskina contribution/pledge form may do so online or at the Contribution Desk this Sunday.
