CMH Picnic – Saturday, April 1st

Based on several requests from members, as promised, the CMH Picnic is back!!!
Please click on the link below for more details and follow the instructions to purchase your tickets ($ 5 only) at the earliest. Given the parks limitation on capacity and parking, we may have to stop ticket sales once the capacity is reached.
Also, do not forget to sign up at the CMH Ticket desk for optional parent-child bike ride that will start at 9 am on April 1. Feel free to ask if you have any questions on

CORD Summer Service Visit for Grades 10 to 12
Where: CORD Sidhbari, Himachal Pradesh, India
Dates: July 8th, 2023 – July 22nd, 2023.
Registration Fee: $1500
– $250 non-refundable fee per person for application registration
– $1250 after the application is accepted.
Please note: you must meet the visa requirements as per Govt. of India regulations or should have an OCI card to participate in these Service Visits.
As a student participant, we require a recommendation from your Bala Vihar teacher. Please make sure you type all email addresses correctly as we are not responsible for typos in your application. Students will be in rural India for two weeks, away from their families. We require them to be self-reliant and use their own email and cell for communication. Once submitted, the applicant will receive an email acknowledgment. Further information will be sent by email. Make sure to check your spam folder as well. If your parent applied for the Summer service visit 2023 when it was open for chaperones, please do mention it in the application. Once submitted, you will receive an email acknowledgment. Payment and visit details are in the FAQ document. You must download, read and accept the chaperone guidelines, terms & conditions before applying. Applications are evaluated by a National team and their decisions are final.

Gita Chanting Competition for Bala Vihar children Sat. May 06, 2023

Bhagavad Gita Chapter 3 is selected for this year’s competition. Grouping of students is aligned with the National Chinmaya Mission guidelines for Gita Chanting competition.
Gita chanting classes will be held for children every Sunday from February 5th to April 30th in the rooms allocated below”
