Sri Krsna Janmastami will be celebrated at Sri Saumyakasi Sivalaya on Friday, September 04, 2015. We welcome one and all to come and receive the blessings of Lord Krsna on this auspicious day. After the Puja, please plan to stay back and meditate in the serene environment of our beautiful Saumyakasi Sivalaya. The schedule is as follows:
8:30 – 9:30 PM – Krsna Janmastami Puja
9:30 – 10:00 PM – Prasada
10:00 – 11:30 PM – Meditation
11:30 – 11:45 PM – Bhajana
11:45 PM – Puja
12:00 AM – Arati Puja Sponsorship: $21/- Sri Krsna Astottara-sata-nama Arcana will be performed on request during the temple hours.

2. No Satsanga and Bala Vihar Classes – Sun. Sep. 06, 2015
Due to the long Labor Day Weekend.
3. CHYKs class to resume at CMH – Sunday Sep. 13, 2015
We are delighted to announce that starting Sunday, Sep. 13 CHYKs class will also resume. They will be starting with Bhagavad Gita Chapter 1. All CHYKs are requested to be seated in the Smrti Hall by 11:20 AM. Further details will be provided to the CHYKs after the main announcement at the start of the class.
4. New Bala Vihar Year & 2 Session Satsangas – Sunday Sep. 13, 2015
Our New Bala Vihar year and two sessions of classes will start from September 13, 2015.
The timings will be as under:

- A special program has been planned for the first 30 minutes of the opening day.
- After the first 30 minutes, we will have regular satsanga and classes.
- All children from PreK to Grade 12 should come straight to Smrti.
- Please make sure that children do not carry any bags or books with them.
We encourage all adults and children to wear festive Indian clothes to herald the spirit of the Bala Vihar New Year.
Please plan to come early and try to be seated by 8:30 AM for the first session and 11:15 AM for the second session.
After the Bala Vihar classes Children in Grades Pre K – 3 must be picked up from their classroom by parents.
Bhajana, Slokathon, Orchestra and Language classes will start from Sun. Sep. 20.

These employers match employee contributions made to a company approved non-profit organization. If you are an employee of one of these companies, please avail of this facility by contacting the appropriate department within your organization. Some
