1. Bala Vihar Classes and Adult Satsangas to resume on Sun. Sep. 24, 2017
Several of our members including a lot of our teachers are hosting families affected by Hurricane Harvey and there are many others who are helping out with the cleanup of affected homes. Therefore, we will not be having our regular Sunday schedule on Sundays Sep. 10 & Sep. 17.
After consultation with all teachers, we have now decided to resume normal Sunday classes starting Sunday Sep. 24.
2. CMH Harvey Relief Whatsapp Group’s Effort Update
In keeping with the spirit of our pledge, Chinmaya Mission Houston is standing together as one family, in and through the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, and all volunteers continue to experience the true joy of giving.
A team of 60 plus sevaks have been working tirelessly with great zeal and have assisted several families, in the cleanup effort, and continue to do so. Their sewa spirit is infectious and they are unstoppable at this time.
3. New Member Registration for Bala Vihar Sat. & Sun. Sep. 9 & 10.

Place: Chinmaya Smrti Hall
- Bala Vihar New Registration will be conducted in Chinmaya Smrti Hall by our Welcome team from 9:30 AM to 12:00 Noon. Detailed information will be provided at the time of registration.
- Registration will be open for all grades for both the sessions on the above two dates.
- No Registrations will be done for Bala Vihar after Sept. 9 & 10 Until October 2017.
- Many of our Bala Vihar classes are nearing capacity, if we reach maximum capacity during registration period, we may stop new registrations altogether for those grades.

4. Study Group in Katy on “Tatva Boda” starting Mon. Sep. 25 2017
We are happy to announce that Bri. Shweta Chaitanya will take ‘Tatva Bodha” by Adi Shankaracharya in a study group format in Katy, beginning Monday Sept 25.
