1. Gita Chanting Competition
Gita chanting competition will be held on May 8 on occassion of Pujya Gurudeva’s birthday. Bhagavad Gita Chapter 8 is selected for this year’s competition.
Deadline for registration is extended for one week. This Sunday, i.e. April 11, 2010, registration desk will be open from 10:30 AM – 11:20 AM. Registration desk will be in the dining area next to the book store.
SPECIAL NOTE for all the participants in group 1 (Grades KG -2): The word list originally posted on the website is revised. Please download the final version for the wordlist from https://www.chinmayahouston.org/pdfs/gcc-2010-wordlist-group1.pdf

2. New Member Orientation – Sunday, April 11, 2010
There will be an orientation for new members in the 12th grade classroom (room across the library upstairs) at 10:30 AM. This orientation session is very useful and informative for all. All new members as well as those who have never attended an Orientation Session before are invited to attend the same.
3. Mauna Sadhana – Saturday, April 24, 2010
Mark your calendar and plan to attend Mauna Sadhana on Saturday April 24, 2010 from 8:00 AM – 12:00 Noon.
We need help from a 3-4 members to help with coordination and preparation of tea/snacks for this day. If you can help, please sign up at the welcome desk.
4. Sunday Satsanga – Sunday, April 11, 2010
Plan to be seated in the class before starting time for each session – i.e. 8:50 AM for session I and 11:20 AM for session II.
