Family Fun Fair Day – May 10, 2009

As you are all aware, the count down for turning in your special homework has begun.  Quite a few of us have already turned in our posters.  However, for those of us who always need that little bit of extra time, we will still be accepting these Posters in the Dining area on Sunday.

Tickets for the FunFair day will be available on 4/19/09 and 4/26/09 in the dining area.  Please pick tickets up only for attending family members.  These tickets will be free, but each attending member needs to have one so we can get a head count for planning food and the special games and giveaways for this special Celebration.

We are sure all of us have some unused bangles, stuffed animals and bindie packets at home which we want to share with others.  Well, this is our best opportunity to do so.  We are collecting these items for the Fun Fair day. We will have a unique and fun way of distributing these to our Bala Vihar children as well as adult members on May 10th. We will collect the items in the dining area between the two sessions from 10:35 a.m. to 11:20 a.m. on 04/12/09 and 04/19/09.  So please remember to bring them in.

Volunteers Needed in CMH Maintenance Team

CMH Maintenance Team is looking for volunteers to assist with regular Maintenance tasks on Sundays.

Areas of work include:

• parking and traffic management,

• changing lights and batteries,

• moving furniture around when we have functions and

• other periodic maintenance tasks.
