The class schedule will be as follows:
Bala Vihar and Adult Satsanga:
Session 1 – 8:50 AM – 10:30 AM
Session 2 – 11:20 AM – 1:00 PM
Language Classes:
10:30 AM – 11:15 AM
Bhajana class for children, Chanting class for adults:
10:30 AM – 11:15 AM
Lunch
1:00 PM


Your cooperation needed
– Be seated in Smrti Hall by 8:50 AM for 1st session and by 11:20 Am for 2nd session.
– Do not use staircase near Sarasvati Nilayam from 8:45 AM – 9:30 AM and 11:15 AM – 12:00 Noon.
– At 8:45 AM and 11:15 AM a music CD with soft dhuna will start playing. This is a reminder that classes will start in 5 minutes. Proceed to your class room.

For parents of children in Language/Bhajana/Slokathon classes
– Parents should not be waiting in the upstairs corridor, Sarasvati Nilayam, or by doors of the classrooms at 11:15 AM.
– Parents who attend 2nd session, should be seated in Smrti Hall
– Parents who attend 1st session, should be seated in dining area (please observe silence after the music CD starts).
– Teachers will take children to Sarasvati Nilayam, Smrti Hall or dining area based on their grade and session.

CMH YOUTH GROUP MEETING – SUNDAY, OCT 19, 2008

A CMH Youth Group general meeting will be held in the Smrti Hall on Sunday, October 19 from 10:35 AM to 11:10 AM. Youth in grades 9 through 12 are encouraged to attend this meeting. Interested parents are welcome to join.

CMW 1-YEAR RESIDENTIAL VEDANTA COURSE – AUGUST 2010

Chinmaya Mission West (CMW) is pleased to announce its One-Year Residential Vedanta Course at CMW’s Headquarters, the ashram of Krishnalaya in Northern California, amidst the serene Redwoods.

The Course will commence August 7, 2010 and end in August 2011. This residential, full-time Course, without any holidays, will be conducted in English.

The classes will be taught in intervals by Pujya Guruji Swami Tejomayananda and various Mission Acharyas.

This Course is open to sincere seekers between the ages of 20-70 years.

PHYSICIAN SEVA GROUP

The Physician Seva Group has been established and is ready to provide medical advice to our fellow Chinmaya Mission Members. There are doctors from multiple specialties for both children and adults as well as dentistry.

The doctors will be available from 10:30 AM – 11:15 AM in the small conference room next to Sarasvati Nilayam.

We are here to provide informal second opinions and direction with regard to medical questions/care our members may have. Please be patient with us as this is a new group and we will improve things as needed to enable us to provide valuable information and service to our members.

ORIENTATION FOR NEW MEMBERS THIS SUNDAY

Orientation for new members will be held this Sunday in the 12th grade classroom (across the library on 2nd floor) at 10:30 AM.
