- Please arrive by 3:00 PM, to give yourself enough time for parking and walking up to the auditorium, so all can be seated by 3:15 PM
- If any member needs to pick up or exchange tickets, they should come by 2.30 PM at the ‘will call’ table which will be situated inside the theater, in the lobby just outside of auditorium 15.
- there are no seat numbers assigned, seating is on first come first serve basis
- please do not hold seats for your friends as the auditoriums are fully booked
- absolutely no photography during the movie
- The theater people will not be checking our tickets; they will let everybody go in the lobby. Our own people will check the tickets before they enter the auditoriums

2. Tickets for the movie “On A Quest” at CMH
Tickets remaining to the movie, “On a Quest” show of May 30 are very few and now available online only at www.chinmayahouston.org/onaquest
Sunday, May 31 will be the last day to pick up or buy your tickets for the, Jun. 07 show at the CMH location.
3. New Member Orientation Sun. May 31, 2015
On Sunday May 31st, we will be having an orientation for new members or those who have never attended a CMH orientation so far. We encourage all new members to avail this opportunity to learn a little bit more about our facility and its program.
Time: 10:20 AM
Place: In the classroom across the library on the second floor.
4. Graduation Ceremony for CMH grade 12 – Sun. June 7, 2015
We will have a special program on Sunday June 7 at CMH. Graduation ceremony along with the convocation address by Acarya Gaurangbhai will be held at
CHinmaya Smrti at 10:00 AM. Plan to be seated in Smrti Hall by 9:30 AM and be part of Chinmaya family in congratulating the graduates as they embark their journey into the world.
There will be no Bala Vihar classes on June 7. Children age 10 and above can attend the graduation ceremony.
5. Opportunity to Offer Bhiksa to Pujya Guruji Swami Tejomayananda during Jnana Yajna – July 06-13, 2015
During the Jnana Yajna from July 06 – July 13, members will have an opportunity to offer bhiksa to Pujya Guruji. There will be breakfast & lunch bhiksas at the resident in Sugar Land and dinner bhiksas at CMH on all day except on Sat. Jul 11, 2015.
Interested members are requested to sign up at the welcome desk. The Bhiksa coordinator will contact you with further details.
6. Jnana Yajna with Pujya Guruji Swami Tejomayananda – July 6-13, 2015
Please mark your calendars for a week long Jnana Yajna of evening pravacanas with Pujya Guruji on Bhagavad Gita – Chapter 18.
The pravacanas on weekdays, i.e. on July 6 – 10 and on July 13 will be from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM at Chinmaya Smrti Hall.
The schedule for weekend pravacanas, i.e. July 11 – 12 will be announced in the next week’s e-mail.
Please note that Pujya Guruji’s Jnana Yajna is open to all. Encourage all your friends and family to attend.
7. Meet with Dr. Kshama Metre: Director, CORD – July 26, 2015
Dr. Kshama Metre, Director – Chinmaya Organiztion for Rural Development (CORD) will be visiting Houston in July.
We will have a unique opportunity to meet with Kshamadidi on Sunday July 26. Mark your calendars and plan to attend. Please refer top nexdt week’s announcement for the timing for this meeting.
8. Summer schedule for CMH June, July, August, 2015
All the regular Sunday classes, i.e. Bala Vihar, adult satsangas as well as all extra classes, will be closed during months of July through August, 2015 at CMH.
However, we will have special programs and activities during these months. Please refer to e-announcements and plan to attend these special propgrams.
All the activities will resume on Sunday, September 13. Bala Vihar new year will start on Sept. 13.
9. CHYK Camp at CMH June 21-26, 2015
CMH is hosting a CHYK camp – “Meditation and Life: Wake the Sleeping Giant” – from June 21-26 at Chinmaya Prabha. Discourses, discussions, and workshops will be led by Acarya Gaurang Uncle and Acarya Vivekji.
This camp will be wonderful for CHYKs (ages 18-35), to kick start their meditation practice and be inspired to live more mindfully. There will also be sessions for JCHYKs (incoming 9th-12th graders) and evening sessions for working young professionals.

These employers match employee contributions made to a company approved non-profit organization. If you are an employee of one of these companies, please avail of this facility by contacting the appropriate department within your organization. Some
