1. Satsanga Timings –  Sunday Sep. 16, 2012

	8:35 AM – 10:15 AM	Satsanga I for adults,  Bala Vihar grades PreK-10 & grade 12
	10:15 AM – 11:00 AM	Language & Bhajana classes for children in Session I Chanting, Spanish classes for adults
	11:20 AM –   1:00 PM	Satsanga II for adults, CHYKs, Bala Vihar grades PreK-11
	1:30 PM –   2:15 PM	Language classes for children in Session II

Please note Language and Bhajana classes will start from this Sunday.

2. Parking arrangements

We have full classes for both the sessions and parking space is limited. It is important that we follow the instructions from parking volunteers.

For both the sessions:

If the parking lot of Chinmaya Prabha is filled up, parking volunteers will  direct members to park in the parking lot of the Mosque next door.

For Extra classes at 10:15 AM:

Some of the extra classes are offered only at 10:15. Members who come to Chinmaya Prabha for extra classes at 10:15 AM and are attending second session of Satsanga, should park in the parking lot of the Mosque next door.

3. Ganesa Caturthi – Wednesday Sep. 19, 2012

Ganesa Caturthi will be celebrated at Sri Saumyakasi Sivalaya on Wednesday September 19, 2012. The program will be as follows:        7:00 PM – 8:00 PM Varasiddhi Vinayaka Puja        8:00 PM – 8:30 PM Darsana and Prasada Sri Ganesa Astottara-sata-nama Arcana will be performed all day long on request. We welcome one and all to come and receive the blessings of Lord Ganesa on this auspicious day. The offerings of $21 for Varasiddhi Vinayaka puja can be made at the contribution desk or at the temple.

4. CMH Navaratri celebrations – Saturday Oct. 13, 2012

CMH will be celebrating one of its biggest and most fun filled festival of Navaratri Garaba on Saturday, October 13 evening, at the beautiful Berry Center on N. Barker-Cypress. All details are being worked out, and a web-flyer with all information will be posted shortly. Please mark your calendars for this event.

Ticket Sales start next Sunday, September 23, in the dining area in-between two sessions and also at lunch time.

Children under 4 years are free and the ticket price for all other members is $ 10/- per person.

5. Ayurvedic Consultation at CMH

Vaidya Sunita Tarkunde conducts Ayurvedic Consultations for members of Chinmaya Mission Houston on Monday evenings from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Tapovan room (the basement of our mandir). Each individual gets approximately 15 minutes for wellness consultations.

There is no fee for these consultations, but donations are welcome. Checks should be made payable to “CMH.”
