New Bala Vihar Year & Adult Satsanga start on Sun. Sep. 8, 2024
Join us on Sunday, September 8, 2024, for a joyous celebration as we launch the new Bala Vihar year and Adult Satsanga! Our Opening Day festivities will commence with a special and auspicious Ganesha Puja, led by our priest Sri Ganesh ji. All children will participate in this sacred puja, seeking the divine blessings of Lord Ganesha and setting a positive tone for the new year.
Our dedicated teachers and sevaks have been working tirelessly to prepare for this momentous day. To ensure a smooth and joyful experience, please arrive early, as we anticipate some traffic congestion.
The timings will be as below for the opening day:
8:35 AM – 10:15 AM Satsanga I for adults, Bala Vihar grades PreK-12
11:25 AM – 1:00 PM Satsanga II for adults, Bala Vihar grades PreK-10
● All children from Pre-K to Grade 12 should come to Sarasvati Nilayam and must be seated by 8:30 AM for the first session, and 11:15 AM for the second session.
● Please make sure that children do not carry any bags or books with them on the opening day.
● Please note that the main door to Chinmaya Prabha will close at 8:45 AM & 11:30 AM.
● We encourage all adults and children to wear festive Indian clothes to herald the spirit of the Bala Vihar New Year.
● Parents of Pre-K children are requested to sit in the reserved area in Smrti.
● After the Bala Vihar classes, children in Grades Pre K – 3 must be picked up from their respective classrooms by their parents.
● Dismissal instructions will be given at the end of the class.

For the Adult Satsanga Pujya Gaurang Uncle will be taking Gita Chapter 2, so kindly bring your Gita Chapter 2 book.
Slokathon, Adult Chanting, Orchestra, Bhajana and Language classes will start from Sun. Sep 15.
CMH Library Hours
The CMH library is open on Sundays from 10:35 AM to 11:15 AM between the two sessions only, and is not open after the 2nd session. Additionally, due to the event planned for the opening day, we will waive the overdue charges for this Sunday Sep. 08, if you are unable to return the book/dvd.

CMH Navaratri Garba celebration each year, is one of the most cherished and loved festivals, enjoyed by adults and children alike. This popular festival is filled with music, dance, devotion, food, and is a lot of fun. You do not want to miss this one!
The celebration will be held at Stafford Civic Center on Friday, Sep. 27, 2024. Please save the date. More details will be provided in the coming weeks and online ticket sales will start soon.
