1. Annual Dipavali Puja – Sunday Oct. 19, 2014
All members are invited to our Annual Dipavali Puja which includes Ganesa Puja, Sri Laksmi Puja and Sri Visnusahasranama Puja. As per CMH tradition the Puja will be held in two sessions, in the Smrti Hall, on Sunday Oct.19.

Please allow yourselves enough time to walk, park and be seated 10 minutes before time. Let us come with our families, dressed in our festive best, beaming with a heart full of love and smiles, to pray together.
Please remember to bring the following items for Puja:
- Coin/Lamp/Account Book in a decorated plate for Laksmi Puja
- Lamp in a decorated plate for Visnusahasranama Puja
- Yellow Rice and Flowers
- A third plate with a lamp for Arati
- Prarthana Piyusa
- Match Box, Plastic bags, Paper Napkins
- Gurudaksina Envelope
Gurudaksina pledge confirmations will be emailed by Saturday (Oct. 18) morning to
families who have offered their Gurudaksina pledges this week or earlier. You can place the
confirmation in the Gurudaksina envelope you offer this Sunday after the Dipavali Puja.

2. Chinmaya Naada Bindu Music Concert at CMH – Sunday Oct 19, 2014
All members are welcome to join us for an evening concert of divine music, at Chinmaya Smrti, by the Directors of our Chinmaya Naada Bindu, Chinmaya Vibhooti, Pune. This concert will include a Flute concert by Shri Himanshu Nanda, and a vocal concert by Smt. Pramodini Rao.

Chinmaya Naada Bindu (CNB) is a residential gurukul for Indian Performing Arts, dedicated to foster Indian classical music and dance forms through education, research and performance. Inspired by Pujya Guruji, Swami Tejomayanandaji’s vision, CNB propagates India’s Vedic heritage through the Performing Arts in a nurturing spiritual environment.
The admission to the concert is free.
