3. Cell Phone NO USE Policy during Satsanga
This is to reiterate our policy on no cell phone use during Satsanga. All members are requested to kindly keep their cell phones on “airplane mode ON”, during Satsanga. Members found texting during the class may be requested to leave the Smrti. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in maintaining the sanctity of our spiritual learning.
4. CMH Navaratri Celebration – Friday, Sep 26, 2014
This year, we will be celebrating everyone’s favorite festival, the Navaratri Garba, as one big CMH family.
Also, on Sunday, Sep. 21 we have scheduled a Navaratri dance practice session, after lunch around 1:30 PM, so we all can participate fully in all festivities on Sep. 26. All interested members are requested to plan to stay back for this fun session.

5. CMH Samskrta Camp
During Labor Day Week-end, CMH members had an opportunity to attend Samskrit Camp with Swami Ramakrishnanandaji from Chinmaya International Foundation.
The DVDs for all 7 classes of the Samskrit Camp have been made (due to popular demand) and can be ordered at the book store.
Book store will also be taking orders for the Samskrit learning books.
Please remember to stop by at the book store and order your copies this Sunday.
6. Ayurvedic Consultation at CMH – Every Monday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Vaidya Sunita Tarkunde conducts Ayurvedic Consultations for members of Chinmaya Mission Houston on Monday evenings from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Tapovan room (the basement of our mandir). Each individual gets approximately 15 minutes for wellness consultations.

There is no fee for these consultations, but donations are welcome. Checks should be made payable to “CMH.”
