1. Saunday satsangas – need your help for traffic and parking situation
As you all are aware, the traffic situation in entering and parking vehicles on Sundays. Please follow the following guidelines:
- Barinbhai will control the traffic at Synott Road. Please follow his directions as you enter Chinmaya Prabha.
- PLEASE DO NOT DROP OFF CHILDREN, OR FAMILY MEMBERS NEAR THE BUILDING. PLEASE PARK YOUR VEHICLE, AND WALK TO THE BUILDING.
- There will be volunteers directing traffic in the parking lot. Please park your vehicle in the slot where they direct you.
- PLEASE CARPOOL, SO THAT WE REDUCE THE NUMBER OF VEHICLES.
2. Language classes
We are thinking of starting language classes from 1:30 PM – 2:15 PM for children in 2nd session. This should help parking situation, as we will not need extra parking spaces required for members reaching mission at 10:15 am to attend language classes.
If you can teach Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu or Kannada from 1:30 PM – 2:15 PM, please sign up at the welcome desk.
3. SAT classes
SAT classes at Chinmaya Mission will commence on October 16. Interested students in grades 9 and higher may enroll by giving their name, Email address and phone numbers at the registration desk. Further details will be sent to you via e-mail.
4. Gardening at CMH
Last winter we have lost some plants in Prabha and our gardening volunteers are looking for help in getting the following plants:
Bilvaptra, Mango, Neem (Bitter), Drumstick (Sahjan)
If you can get them, please call Surendra Mital at 281-545-8721.
