CMH Navaratri Celebration at Stafford Center  –  Saturday, October 3, 2009

The schedule for Sunday, Sept 27 will be as follows:
     
        8:50 AM – 10:30 AM          Session I           Satsanga for adults

      10:30 AM – 11:15 AM                                    Orchestra Auditions
                                                                              Language classes for children 
                                                                              (Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil)
                                                                              Chanting I for Adults
                                                                              Spanish class for Adults
      11:20 AM  –  1:00 PM           Session II         Satsanga for adults,
                                                                               Bala Vihar PreK-Grade 11,
                                                                               Satsanga for Alumni
      11:30 AM – 12:15 PM                                     New Chanting class for Adults

Assembly at the beginning of each session will be as under

      PreK-Grade 6     will gather in Sarasvati Nilayam
      Grade 7             will gather in classroom for Grade 4
      Grade 8-12        Alumni and Adults will gather in Smrti Hall

Adult members please do not leave Children unattended between the two sessions

If you have children requiring supervision, please do not leave them unattended in between the two sessions because there are extra classes going on during this time and we are required to maintain quiet as much as possible.

Bala Vihar Re-Enrollment  Last Day  –   Sunday, September 27, 2009

This Sunday is your last chance to submit the re-enrollment forms for your children, if you have not already done so.  A reminder email has been sent to these parents.  Please ensure that you print these forms (one form per child) and submit them at “Membership Services” table in the dining area this Sunday.  All extra classes are full and reenrollment in these classes is currently unavailable.  However, for returning members, we wanted to offer one last opportunity to re-enroll in just the  Bala Vihar Classes. 

Please note that children who have not been re-enrolled will not be allowed in the classrooms after Sunday September 27, 2009.
